Pearl, Rebecca, and Moses Rosenberg from Vislava. Pearl migrated to America prior to 1903. Moses, son of Abraham, died in 1935 and is buried in Presov Jewish Orthodox Cemetery. Archive searches of Ledovce, Presov, and Bukovce have turned up relatives of Pearl but no records for Pearl or Moses.

Istvan Babas was born in Kosice (Kassa) circa 1895. He came to the US in 1920 with his wife, Vilma Vlough Babas, and returned to Kosice around 1922 and died there. His sister, Margit Babas Sipos, born circa 1885, came with her family to the US circa 1907 on the SS Pennsylvania and returned to Slovakia with her husband, Deszo Sipos, circa, 1915. They may have had children.

Researching: MAGER, MAYER, KLIMEK, TOMASCHKO
They were from a town called Kislomnic (Hungarian spelling), Klein-lomnitz (German spelling), and Lomnicka (Slovak spelling). Jacob Mager and Agnes Klimek had eight children. Jacob (1853-1931), Johann (1854-1941), Mihaly (1859-1940), Georg (1862-1862), Anna (1864-1883)-she married Mihaly Tomaschko, George (1866-1934), Samuel (1869-1947), and Martin (1875-1967). All the boys were in the US at one time. Immigrating about 1879. Jacob returned to farm in Lomnica. George went back and forth several times and was buried in Lomnica. Anna Mager Tomaschko died during child birth. Her only child died shortly after birth. Johann, Michael, Samuel and Martin all lived and died in the US. My great grandfather was Johann. Our last name was changed from Mager to Mayer sometime after immigration to the USA.

From the town of Maly Lipnik in Slovakia. Joseph LAJCIAK was married to Anne HOLOVAC and had 6 children born in Maly Lipnik between 1900 and 1914. Mother died in 1946. The oldest son, Peter, migrated to Canada in 1929. The others, Suzana, Maria (KRAUCAK), Anna (SESTAK), Michal and Stefan remained behind. I am looking for more data on the family and its ancestry.

Jan KOVALY was married 10 Feb 1890 in Maly Lipnik to Mary DEMJANOVITS. Jan was born 15 Apr 1866 to Alexej KOVALY and Anna GIBASZ and Mary was born 23 Feb 1872 to Michel DEMANOVITS and Zuzana KUCSERA. Mary parents were married 10 Feb 1890 in Maly Lipnik. The family were Greek Catholic and I have been able to extract the marriage and birth dates through that church. I am looking for more data on the family and its ancestry.
